Part 1
Creating A Character
- Characters starting at higher levels than 1 now gain an extra SP every 2 levels instead of every 4.
Skills
- Expanded the possible circumstances under which Tool Skill proficiencies can act as a bonus to Action Skill checks, and removed listing specific Action Skills under the description of each Tool Skill.
Size
- Adjusted the base Speeds and Dodge Penalties for all Size categories;
- Adjusted the R-DEF for Small and Big creatures.
Part 3
Creating Your Background & Sample Backgrounds
- Altered some wording to reduce redundant and repeated phrasings;
- Backgrounds now give 3 SP for Action Skills instead of 6.
Part 4
General
- All classes gain proficiency in Small weapons and at least one other Weapon Skill as they level up.
Spells
- Minor adjustments to various spells.
Arcanist
- Arcane Power Proficiency now becomes 2 at Level 2;
- In addition to their regular amount of spells known, all Arcanists also get Arcane Armor;
- In addition to their regular amount of 0-Mana spells, all Arcanists also get Arcane Hand and Arcane Missile;
- Bargain Arcanists are now able to use their Arcane Recharge ability more than once per night's rest.
Rogue
- The number of additional damage dice rolled when using Precision Attack now becomes +2 at level 2 instead of level 3;
- No longer gains 3 SP at level 1;
- The wording of Precision Attack has been adjusted, and Precision Attacks now ignore the Increased Crit Min granted by helmets.
Classless Feats
- Adjusted the wording of the Keen Eye and Master Alchemist feats;
- Tough now gives 2 Health per level instead of 1;
- Added the Field Medic feat.
Part 6
Armor
- The costs and Armor Bonuses for various Torso armors have been adjusted;
- The Armor Bonuses and various penalties for the different qualities of Helmets, Gauntlets, Boots, and Medium Shields have been adjusted.
Part 6
Actions
- Attacks now take at least 1 second instead of .5 seconds.
Alchemy
- Concoctions now have a 5th level of strength: exalted;
- The rules for brewing concoctions have been reworked somewhat.
Part 7
Concoctions & Enchants
- Adjusted the effects, duration, and cost for all concoctions, including adding an exalted level for each.
